Also, he is a magician, transcultural competence trainer, and researcher at Zeppelin University in Germany. In collaboration with the globally active Goethe-Institute, he has worked in various countries as a “magical ambassador” to promote cultural exchange and the German language. His motto is: “The real magic happens in interactions – so let’s make this world magical together!”

He will share his knowledge about opportunities that we can reach through remote work.

Also, Leon is a founder of Remode, a company on a mission to bring more happiness in the remote workplace by teaching companies how to lead people remotely. He has been leading teams for the past 23 years and he is most passionate about what drives people to perform. Leon also is a father, a biohacker, a productivity geek, and a dreamer.

Anne’s background is in strategic foresight, business consulting, and data analytics. With a passion for data-driven foresight and generational research, Anne has helped a number of stakeholders in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations adapt to the new needs that emerge when groups of people enter new life phases during a time of rapid change. Anne has a master’s degree in Strategic Foresight from the University of Houston and a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from Penn State University.
